SmartVide XL immersion circulator is a commercial high-precision sous-vide cooker. Reliable, user-friendly and portable with a 5” touch screen and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The SmartVide XL completes the family of Sammic sous-vide cookers. It is designed to work in the 120P – 120 litre tank, which translates into 200 portions of 200g* each time.

The 120P heated tank is connected to and controlled by the SmartVide XL to reach the set temperature 2 times faster. This heated tank is especially useful for cooking or retherming very cold or frozen products. It comes with a tap for water filling a drain valve, adjustable legs and optional lid for long cooks.

 

SmartVide immersion circulators are a user friendly and economical way to improve the flavour of food while serving it more efficiently and improving the value of clients. The sous vide cooking process is an extremely energy efficient method which has next to no waste.
