I realise it has been six months since your team completed the counter refurbishment at our Cafe at the Australian Catholic University but I thought you might be interested in the results of our change.

I'm so glad we took your advise to move to a "customer self serve operation"  away from the traditional service model.

The results have been outstanding, not only did we reduce our labour by 9% we also increased the customer spend per head and overall customer satisfaction. It seems in our case that customers prefer to make their own decisions, at their own pace and prefer not be rushed by our staff. You were right on the money with your advise.

All in all, it's been an outstanding result with good advise, a quality fit out and good operational outcomes.
