Our Club engaged the Consultancy Services of Larry Andersen in 2005 when we commenced a major upgrade to our Kitchens and Bistro areas. Since that time, we have continued to utilise Larry’s expertise on many occasions.
Mr Andersen’s consultancy services were also used when we upgraded our Club’s Coffee Shop area. It should be noted that as a result of Larry’s expertise and sound advice, this popular facility functions in a much more ‘user friendly’ manner for Club staff who are working in this somewhat small food handling environment.
We have found Larry and his team to have provided, for our Club, the highest and most professional level of consultancy service and advice in their special field.
